Know your capabilities.

  • Do you have what it takes to be a greenhouse owner?

What do you know about greenhouses?

Do you know the materials and pieces of equipment needed in a greenhouse?

Do you have any experience in planting?

Do you really love planting?

Do you have the patience and dedication to run a greenhouse?

Do you have the resources to run a greenhouse?

Know the physical setup of your greenhouse.

  • Where do you want to build it?
  • What building materials are you going to use?

If you are not yet a greenhouse expert, answering all these questions won’t automatically make you one. For one, a gardener needs many seasons to be called a seasoned gardener. Just think of these points as concrete slabs on your flooring which you can step on to get to the big starting point. Moving forward, gardening won’t be a chore nor labour, but a joy.
